We're on the lookout for a Sustainability Consultant for a dynamic Sustainability team based in Central Manchester. This jobs mission is to lead transformative sustainability projects and drive positive change across some of the UK’s most iconic real estate portfolios. 🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL DO:
🌱 Champion Sustainability: Lead the charge in developing and implementing cutting-edge sustainability strategies for a diverse client base. From strategic ESG advisory to net zero initiatives, you'll be at the forefront of sustainability innovation.
📊 Data Dynamo: Manage sustainability reporting and data management with precision. Your analytical prowess will empower top-tier ESG advisory and performance management.
🤝 Client Whisperer: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, helping them navigate environmental legislation, compliance audits, and sustainability reporting.
🌍 Impact Maker: Drive new sustainability projects, fostering innovation in data management, process improvements, and quality enhancements.
✨ YOUR SUPERPOWERS:
💬 Communication Guru: You're an excellent communicator and presenter, capable of making complex concepts understandable and engaging.
🔍 Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail ensures that project you work on meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
💡 Independent Innovator: While you're a great team player, you're also resourceful and autonomous in your specialized fields.
🎓 YOUR CREDENTIALS:
🎓 Sustainability Knowledge: You will have experience in sustainability consulting or an in-house role. Ideally you will bring a holistic understanding of sustainability issues, and may have experience with BREEAM In-use, ISO 14001/50001, waste, and/or energy management, etc.
📜 Technically Savvy: You should have a good understanding of sustainability data systems and reporting, with a strong grasp of standards like GRESB, GHG Protocol, TCFD, and SBTi.
