Co-Founder & Director
Mary Elliot
Mary works across corporate sustainability, ESG and responsible supply chains, using her industry knowledge to connect professionals with meaningful positions. Mary's recruitment experience includes leading on international search projects and building a contract desk. She has worked with FTSE 100 companies, including international banks, manufacturers, global technology firms and UK retailers.
Mary is a Philosophy graduate from the University of Leeds and holds an MSc in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics from Birkbeck University. Her industry experience means she has a keen understanding for the dynamics of working in a collaborative environment, engaging sustainability across a business. Having worked at the forefront of developing public policy in media and content regulation as well as online safety, Mary is able to apply this experience in critical thinking, analysis and approach to finding the right solutions and talent for our clients.

Karyn Peacocke
Karyn holds a Master's in Corporate Governance and Sustainability from the University of London. She has over a decade of experience in recruitment. After leading branch operations of the world’s #2 high street recruiter in Toronto’s financial district, Karyn moved to London and refocused her specialism in Carbon, Energy and Sustainability in the Built Environment which she continues to specialise in today. Karyn has extensive experience placing Board Level executives and Heads of Energy & Sustainability for FTSE 100 and S&P500 firms, as well as smaller European and British firms.
In industry, Karyn has held leadership positions in sustainability software and consulting at start-ups, SME's and not-for-profit organisations. Her combined recruitment and consulting expertise allows her to effectively connect businesses with the necessary tools, strategies, and talent for sustainable outcomes.
