Co-Founder & Director
Mary Elliot
Mary is motivated by people, responsible business, and the commercial advantages of sustainability. She aspires to help businesses and the people they hire to have a positive impact on one another, their commercial success, and our planet.
At the start of her career, Mary enjoyed recruiting professionals into sustainability and environment positions across a wide range of sectors. She did this while completing her MSc studies part time in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics at Birkbeck University.
Since then, Mary has worked in industry for ten years at the heart of policy development for media policy and online safety in the UK, starting out as an in-house Corporate Responsibility Advisor.
Mary has now returned to her passion of connecting people with positions of purpose.

Karyn Peacocke
Karyn has spent her career making connections. She has a decade of recruitment experience, including 4 years working with Carbon, Energy, and Sustainability professionals in London while she completed her Masters in Sustainability.
She moved into industry where she led the commercial offering of a sustainability software firm and worked as a Sustainability and Innovation consultant. She has worked with sustainability practitioners up to Board level to connect business with the tools, strategies, and people to deliver sustainable results.
Karyn combines her consulting and recruitment experience to lead Impact Beyond.
