🙋 Impact Beyond have partnered with a well known and highly prestigious construction and engineering Consultancy to source a number of Environment and Sustainability Business Partners. There are several opportunities available across different business areas to help this established consultancy to deliver their Group wide Environment and Sustainability Agenda.  

🚀 YOUR MISSION: 

We're looking for Environment and Sustainability Managers who can join a well-known construction consultancy. This job’s mission is delivery, leading on sustainability and environmental initiatives to ensure that the business areas meet the Group wide Sustainability and Environment Agenda. If you’re a sustainability professional with a proven track record of delivery and looking for a hands-on role to drive a comprehensive ESG strategy forward, then get in touch!

 🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

 🌱 Embed sustainability: collaborate with professionals across the business area, Group and supply chain to deliver environment and sustainability industry best practice to help reduce environmental impact.

🎓 Deliver expertise: act as the subject matter expert in your business area for deep environmental and sustainability understanding, knowledge and technical compliance.

🌍 Environment management: Maintain ISO Certifications and drive improvements to help maintain industry best practices.

📊 Assurance: monitor the businesses environmental and sustainability strategy, audit as necessary to identify areas of strength and weakness. Support performance monitoring and analysis, write reports and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

🤝 Stakeholder engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and operational teams, designing and delivering any necessary environmental and sustainability training.

 ✨ YOUR SUPERPOWERS: 

 🤝Relationship builder: you’ll be a natural at forming good relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, working together and collaborating on a common goal.

💡 Business minded: You will have strong business acumen and experience of working at a diverse and complex organisation.

💬 Communication guru: You're an excellent communicator and presenter, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels to help influence those around you.

📜 Organised: You have great project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects working under tight timelines.

🎓 YOUR CREDENTIALS: 

 🎓 Sustainability experience: You will have hands on experience in sustainability with demonstrable experience of working on environmental management and compliance. 

🌍 Culture change: You will have experience of driving sustainable culture change through planning sustainable activities and implementing new working methods, helping to improve environmental compliance across the business. 

📜 Environment certifications: Ideally you should have a relevant degree or masters; be a Chartered Environmentalist; or, IEMA / equivalent; or be an ISO14001 auditor.
